One person can make the whole difference. Look, I hate car dealerships. A lot. Most are pushy and just don't listen to to you at all. That in of itself is a common trope. We had gone to three other lots with similar issues, rude service, ignoring us, awful service. On a hail Mary for a quick look, we came to Honda of Murfreesboro. On an extremely cold and wet day we met Sylvia who from the first word was so genuine and sweet it was almost unreal. I say this with no exaggeration, 90% of the reason we bought our car was her excellent service. She never once made us feel pressured or worried about our purchase and any questions we had were answered expertly. It was amazing. Then we worked with Mark from finance and he was just as personable and awesome. I can't even understand how all of these people came together to be as great as they were. Only wish Mr Lewis had been a little kinder on the trade in. ;) Totally kidding. Go here, get the service you deserve. Sylvia can make it happen. Thank you all for your help. I can't say that enough. Emergency Service, Regular Maintenance & New Tires Had made an appointment for service but on the way to dealership my alternator failed leaving me stranded on the roadside. Arranged to be towed. Recei Had made an appointment for service but on the way to dealership my alternator failed leaving me stranded on the roadside. Arranged to be towed. Received prompt diagnostic work up confirming alternator needed to be replaced. Work proceeded along with other routine oil & filter change as well as fuel injector service. Decided to replace tires while there for “one stop” complete service. Work was all done without a hitch and my car was back on the road in a timely fashion. Friendly & efficient service-thanks. Will return in the future. More

2 hours for an oil change? I waited two hours for an oil change and had to ask when my car would be ready. As a woman alone, I felt I was shuffled to the bottom of the list, as I waited two hours for an oil change and had to ask when my car would be ready. As a woman alone, I felt I was shuffled to the bottom of the list, as everyone else came & went around me. I know how long an oil change takes. I was very disappointed in what I thought was going to be a great, local, (hopefully long-term) dealership experience. All the men were polite with me, nice waiting area, but it didn’t take the sting out of feeling taken advantage of as a woman - dealing with mechanics. Classic. Ladies, I would go elsewhere. More

New location is fabulous. I visited the new Honda of Murfreesboro for the first oil change on my new '17 CRV and was very impressed. My Salesman - Justin Knox gave me the gran I visited the new Honda of Murfreesboro for the first oil change on my new '17 CRV and was very impressed. My Salesman - Justin Knox gave me the grand tour. The lounge is very nice and has lots of outstanding amenities...they even make sandwiches! The wait time was less than an hour, on a Saurday. I'll continue to get my CRV serviced here. The price is less than a typical quick lube and with all the expertise and amenities, it's a no-brainer. More
