We had bought 2 other cars at the same dealership for our sons, but this one was for me. This is my first Honda. The feeling that you are welcome made the difference, and the car is wonderful. At NO time did I EVER feel rushed to make a decision or pressured - EVER! I really felt like he was genuinely interested in helping us get a fair deal from management with both our trade-in and new car purchase. We actually did not come prepared to purchase that day but rather to continue the best price shopping hunt relating to the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. However, due to the incredible service from Mr. Casto and the great price they offered us, we ended up purchasing the vehicle that day and ended the price shopping hunt. Working with Chris Ray in financing continued the positive experience as well! Mr. Ray was also very professional, knowledgeable but most of all, he actually made the whole financing experience both painless and actually quite enjoyable!!
