I understand how you feel and want you to know that much of the information from the previous owner is difficult to retrieve on the spot so the writer you worked with is obligated to offer you any service updates that we don't show having been done. We have addressed the issue with previous ownership's data and have a solution moving forward. It is not in our interest to do unnecessary maintenance on your vehicle. You are absolutely correct in stating that "Trust" will be lost if you feel we have misled you and I assure you that isn't the case. The same Technician's that have worked on your car for the last 10 years are here and they are the ones that suggest the maintenance they feel you need.
