I wanted to take a moment and thank you for sharing your experience with me regarding your wife's visit. I understand that perception can often become reality. I also want you to know that I had reached out to you and Mrs. Wilson via email and phone call after her visit but was unable to reach you. Mrs. Wilson had a price from another dealership that was xxx + destination, taxes, tag a fees. My team agreed to match that. After further negotiation Mrs. Wilson negotiated a lower price. I have the buyers order that Mrs. Wilson signed prior to entering the business office. There is no mention of additional destination fee and there was no attempt to add destination back to her pricing. That wasn't the confusion at all. Mrs. Wilson agreed to a price of $15,000 difference plus tax, title and fees after her trade in. That price represented an $831 loss to the dealership. When Mrs. Wilson entered the business office the confusion was that after taxes, tags the total price was $18,066.15. Mrs. Wilson wanted us to make the price $15,000 total. That would have been another $3000 change in price. We couldn't accomplish that and therefore we didn't complete the deal. I assure you the question of destination never came up after the original pricing. I apologize that we failed to understand Mrs. Wilson's pricing goals upfront and thus caused her added frustration and time spent negotiating.

thank you very much for sharing with me your last experience with my sales team. I am not sure the exact disconnect that led us to miss your business. Our goal is to earn everyone's business and it is a message I stress every day. there are transaction where we do not fully understand the customers goals and therefore we appear unable to reach an agreement. Like many other dealership we have customers that visit us weekly after having shopped other dealerships including DW that state the very same issue. Being the second dealership the customer visits often give us an advantage in that the customers goal are more defined and the decision is to meet the goal or don't. Again I apologize that we were unable to reach your goals and take the loss of even one sale very seriously. Thank you for your review and giving us the opportunity to interact. I wanted to ask if you had already had your brakes repaired somewhere else. The price you were quoted was to replace with Honda Factory Pads and resurface the rotors. If you research you will find that this is inline with what you will pay at other reputable repair facilities. This is also a worst case estimate and could easily cost less depending on the condition of the rotors. Let me know what we can do to help and thank you for giving us the opportunity to help.
