Splash guard screws missing or not secured at last oil chang I would normally rate this dealership very high, but this is the second time I have had missing or not properly replaced screws on my new Honda. This time, driving down the interstate hearing metal scraping the pavement and metal pieces hitting the underside of my new Civic was extremely disconcerting.
