Service Department I would have given Honda of Murfreesboro 5 stars but they weren't able to address a phone sync issue for me on the premises. They are supposed to call me back when they have it figured out. Grace in the service department was very easy to work with as well as Diane who made everyone feel welcome in the waiting lounge. Hope they get back with a fix for the phone sync problem. Looking forward to their new facility when they get moved in. Will Clark More

They had the tire in stock, and put it on, balanced & rotated the tires that day. Everything was covered - I paid $0 for it all. More

Service - Customer Care Purchased a used car with the promise of dealership touching up a few interior blemishes. Sent my daughter to dealership at time Sales scheduled with Purchased a used car with the promise of dealership touching up a few interior blemishes. Sent my daughter to dealership at time Sales scheduled with vehicle. Sales failed to coordinate with Service but Jonathon, Service Manager, pulled out all the stops once he understood the situation. He arranged to shuttle my daughter on to MTSU and arranged to shuttle her back to dealership once her classes were finished. All touch up work was performed as promised. Excellent Five Stars My car battery died, and I called Josh at Murfreesboro Honda service. He said if I could get it started and come over he’d get me into service.
