An amazing experience - Absolutely recommend. I did not feel pressured into buying a car. I felt that I was treated with RESPECT. The fact is, not every car dealership treats people with respect, and its easy to see why Honda of New Rochelle is top of their game. Hassan was a gentleman. He really helped us find what we were looking for. He was honest, he did not pressure us to do anything, and he had a fantastic attitude. Normally, a car purchase is something that is not looked on favorably, but we NEVER felt that way during our experience with Hassan. Very poor experience During the summer of 2016 I was in a bad car accident and looking for a replacement vehicle. I was hoping for a positive experience at the used dealer During the summer of 2016 I was in a bad car accident and looking for a replacement vehicle. I was hoping for a positive experience at the used dealership; unfortunately it wasn't that. I was informed that the car was in great shape. It turned out that after taking it to a mechanic it required $1k worth of repairs. Had I known this I would have invested that money in a newer vehicle with fewer miles. I additionally needed to finance the car and was given an APR rate that was 1% higher than the rate I should've been given. Only after I presented them with the Chase Bank auto navigator rate did they concede and offer the lower rate. I additionally was given a repayment period of 6 years when in reality I had an option of 4 years for nearly the same monthly fee as the 6 year quote. The car additionally had small rust damage on the sides of the doors which the salesman, Richard, assured would be fixed. It took weeks of me pestering him to finally fulfill his promise of having that work done which turned out to be incredibly poor service work and clearly very lazy. This was by far the worst purchasing experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. I've written very few poor reviews for establishments as a retail consumer; however, this was at the top of the awful experience list. The majority of the dealership staff were dishonest and lacked professionalism. For those who decide to purchase from the used side of the dealership, I wish you luck in your experience. Please ensure you are specific about and insistent on receiving service records, have an auto navigator loan quite if you are financing, and are truly confident in your salesperson. More

Very Good Experience Did not know if i can get car because went to other car stores and they say no i cannot get a car. I decide go to Honda of new rochelle and i meet Jos Did not know if i can get car because went to other car stores and they say no i cannot get a car. I decide go to Honda of new rochelle and i meet Jose. He tell me it was going to be hard to get car because my credit history was not so good. He tell me he and the manager Lenny will try everything they can to try and get me the car. I was very sad because maybe i dont get the car. After 2 days of trying to get car, Jose and Lenny call me and tell me what time i want to pick up car. I very surprised and very excited i cannot believe it. He show me the car and explain everything to me. Even he tell me stuff about car i did not know. Lenny explain all paper very good. He very serious man but good to explain everything.. I called and spoke to Sojier who was extremely knowledgable and gave me all the details and pricing. She made an appointment for me to come in.The following day my wife and I went to the dealership.We were greeted and introduced to Ivan Chavez. I knew right away that our experience would be pleasurable. Mr. Chavez made us feel very comfortable.He explained the car to us and we discussed out options. We purchased the new car and picked it up the same day.Mr. Chavez explained all the details about the vehicle. hooked up all my phone numbers on the bluetooth and treated us like we were part of his family.
