I had a very disappointing experience with Honda of New Rochelle. I purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey Touring on 12/21/2025, and after the sale the dealership failed to follow through on several promises. I w Rochelle. I was told I would receive replacement floor mats, help with the passenger-side door damage, and a refund for the fee difference, but none of this was properly resolved. I was also told that a $946 check had been sent, but I still have not received it. I made repeated calls and follow-ups over many months, but the communication was poor and the issues remained open. I expected much better honesty, follow-through, and customer service. More

Brought my car in for service after recovering my car from being stolen. Car was returned with scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle after the service team fixed the locks on my vehicle. When I spoke to the service manager he was argumentative and did not provide a solution. A few hours after leaving Honda, I was alerted that there was an airtag tracking me from 10:30am (when I arrived to get my vehicle from Honda of new rochelle). Someone from the service department placed an airtag in my car after servicing the car. I will not be returning to Honda to get any services for my car. I do not trust them nor do I feel safe. After my Lease i will never purchase a car from Honda of New rochelle again. Ive been with Honda for 7 years now. And this experience has truly been so disappointing. More

I ended up going to Honda of New Rochelle after the dealership in Northern Westchester let me down and my salesman at Honda of New Rochelle and their management team took care of me by giving me a deal dealership in Northern Westchester let me down and my salesman at Honda of New Rochelle and their management team took care of me by giving me a deal that I couldn't turn down and matched the 3-year lease that I had previously for my 2022 Honda Odyssey. In addition, I had mistakenly forgot to order the roof rack for my Odyssey EXL as I am an avid bike rider and need the roof rack so that I can carry 3-4 bikes. I called to see how much it was going to cost and originally it looked as if it would be $700 for the rack and installation. I reached out to my salesman Warren Mitchell and he checked with his sales manager Billy Mouzakitis responded immediately with a workable number and could have it done within 3 days!!! I went in today to get it done and was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me for the rack or the installation!!! What a great way to start my weekend as I am heading on the road with my family and a loaded Odyssey to the Cape!!! I had my dog Charlie with me as always and everyone at the dealership made us feel at home and offered Charlie water as it was 92 degrees outside. If you are looking for a dealership to find yourself a Honda then Honda of New Rochelle is where you need to go!!! More

We had an incredible experience. My wife and I had been car shopping for a few days and had encountered some issues with other dealers that made us uncomfortable. Fortunately, as soo My wife and I had been car shopping for a few days and had encountered some issues with other dealers that made us uncomfortable. Fortunately, as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Migell. He was very patient and informative, showing us around the lot and explaining the various cars and trims without any pressure. This approach continued throughout the entire process. He also let us test drive various cars and was very open to answering all of our questions. In the end, we got the car we wanted at a great price. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, not just with Migell but with the entire Honda team. My experience was horrible. Car sitting in lot for over 2 weeks and issue not resolved. You can’t get through to anyone and if you do there is always an excuse and something els Car sitting in lot for over 2 weeks and issue not resolved. You can’t get through to anyone and if you do there is always an excuse and something else they claim is wrong with the car. I’m so disgusted. I will never bring my vehicle to get serviced here again. They are inconsistent and can care less that your being inconvenienced by their lack of professionalism. More
