I was told they don't want to deal with the rules and laws that may exist in other states. At first I was told by a sales manager, that the best she could do, would be to have me apply to finance with them... rather than with my local credit union.. So, when I called back the next day to go forward with that, I was told that was not even an option (although I was not talking with the same person at this point... and that gentleman was very rude. worst experience dealing with a car dealer in my life... and i've purchased probably more than 20 cars in my time from dealers.
