A few weeks ago my husband and I decided to just browse different dealerships. We originally were going to get a Mazda but decided against it. We just happened to be passing by the Honda dealership and I t different dealerships. We originally were going to get a Mazda but decided against it. We just happened to be passing by the Honda dealership and I told my husband that we should just peruse. We were quietly approached by Miguel who asked us if we had an appointment to which we replied “No” and that we were just browsing. Miguel then said “well let me guide you.” What I liked most about Miguel was that he was not pushy at all. He was gentle and considerate. My husband and I came in looking for a car for me. By the end of the day we not only got a car for me but also traded in my husband’s vehicle and got him something as well. Miguel through his quiet demeanor was somehow able to convince us to get two vehicles without regret. I’m still baffled that I went from happenstance browsing inventory to getting two vehicles. I’m not a person that’s easily swayed but Miguel was honest with us and said “ I can’t get you exactly what you want but I can get you VERY close to what you want” and he did.
