I would like to start off by saying one of the girls that answer the phone was very unprofessional. But after making a complaint to Joe Carusone the Sales Manager he reinsured me that he would rectify the s answer the phone was very unprofessional. He apologized over and over for her behavior and by the end of the day I was told that she was dealt with accordingly.
