I first met David when I brought my vehicle in for Express Servicing on a Sunday in early 2013. We spoke and stayed in contact until my lease was going to expire. He was very attentive to my situation and remained in contact which was very appreciated. When I called in November he suggested coming in and discussing swapping out of my current lease and getting into a new lease. The process was Very Smooth. I came in on Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm and was driving off the lot in a new leased vehicle on Monday night at 8:00pm. My wife even mentioned to me how very pleased she was with David's patience when pairing her phone - which is a very big item for her. We always got the impression we were a #1 customer. I have been driving Honda's since 1999. I have had mutltiple Odyssey's and CRV's throughout the years. My daughter leased an Accord and CRV just this year. I think this was the best overall experience I ever experienced in obtaining a new vehicle. On a side note: I really miss the Express Service on Sunday's. Could the Service Department consider having the Express Service on 1 Sunday a month (maybe the 1st Sunday of every month??). it is a great experience and makes life easier for me. More

When David took us on a test drive he made sure to walk us through all of the technology in the car, and answered all of the questions I had about the car. This was the first time I leased a new car. Which meant I needed to also set up insurance during my visit. David was amazing in helping me navigate what insurance I needed to purchase. It actually took quite awhile to set up the insurance though he never rushed us, or made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He also made my boyfriend (who came for moral support) and my mom feel at home, and not left out of the whole process. When signing the contract he walked us through all the different costs and was very clear about what each cost was. Vinny was great to work with. He made me feel very secure in the contract we were entering into. I also love the fact that he got me two years service and maintenance. He definitely went over and above what he needed to do to make sure my next three years with my Civic will be just as wonderful as my first experience in leasing with Honda. More

This was my third Honda, and I could not have had an easier experience. Buying a car is a nightmare and Tinu made me feel very comfortable with the whole buying process. They contacted me on a Friday and I went in to the dealership to get more information about a leasing deal. I had no plan at all to get a new car that afternoon. I found that the sales person I worked with created a professional, friendly , no pressure environment. He helped me every step of the way from working out a deal, to demonstrating how to use the many new features that came with my car. He was patient, helpful and sincere and even said to call him if I needed help using the new IPOD USB port in the center console. The sales person also made all the arrangements with the DMV and the insurance company, going the extra mile to ensure that there were no unexpected glitches. This is my forth new Honda and I am really enjoying my new car. Both, my new car and the people working at the dealership exceeded my expectations. More

We have leased 4 vehicles from this dealership, always working with Chris Paranzino. There are several reasons why I have rated him "5": - Chris is straight forward in our discussions. There's no haggling or going back-and-forth as is typical in other dealers. - The pricing is fair. We can usually get to an agreement on terms and conditions very quickly. - Chris is proactive in his service. Several months prior to expiration of our prior lease he contacted us to view 2014 cars. - The dealership was amenable to giving a credit for the three remaining months on the earlier lease. A competitive vendor, Buick, erred significantly in this area, resulting in a $1,000 mistake and loss of sale. - The new car, meeting our specifications, was available very quickly. From the moment I walked into the dealership the actual car selection, pricing, lease signing and insurance process took one hour. Chris stayed after hours to complete the transaction. The car was available the next afternoon as promised. Julio prepared the car for me, and I was driving home in less than 10 minutes. More
