In purchasing my vehicle back in April 2012, I was very dissapointed with the sales department. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen and be acknowledged after several attempts in asking the receptionist on h dissapointed with the sales department. The later it became I was rushed with the paper work and then asked to call in the next day. I called in the next day and they told me I would get a call back from the manager and no call came in as I waited all day. At around 4:30 Honda called me to say "come in we have all your paper work ready and insurance is ready to go" I went in with my fiance at the time and the manager again kept me waiting. Anyhow I posted a negative experience review on my purchase on 4/8/12, and a manager then called me advising me that if I change my review they will install a Free of Charge remote starter on my car....I later agreed to the offer, to only find out I would continue to get the run around when making an appointment to bring my car in to install the remote. No return calls from anyone at Honda in reference to the "free of charge starter offered" I left several messages. I went in a year later for service and spoke to the sales department and their answer was look for the email on your end, print it and bring to us...Not shocked that the review was wiped out as if it never existed. Still no remote starter installed and no phone calls. Worst experience in ever dealing with a Car dealership.... More
This is our 4th car from Honda of New Rochelle in 9 years and the quality customer service is what keeps us coming back! It was our first time meeting David & Vinnie and both stayed true to the high standar and the quality customer service is what keeps us coming back! No pushy sales talk, just real nice guys with a genuine interest in getting us the right vehicle at the right price. This review is specifically for pre-owned car sales. I would not take ANY chances buying a pre-owned car from this dealership. It seems that their approach is most importantly to get you to come into the dealership and promise you anything to make that happen to the point of deceiving and misinforming. Once you are in, waste more of your time talking and showing cars and not fulfill anything committed to promised over the phone. The whole used car operation is shady, the pre-owned cars are serviced at a service station a few blocks away at the local Shell gas station, not exactly clear on what they do there. If I wanted to buy a car serviced a local shell service station, I'd buy one from the local Shell gas station. They seem to know nothing about the service history of pre-owned cars they offer for sale while that should be information that should be made available to the buyer and can be fairly easily obtainable with a call to a few dealerships where the car is serviced. They claim that the car goes through some kind of an inspection, but at the same time clearly explain that the inspection is equivalent to your typical NYS inspection, which thanks, but isn't worth much in my mind for a car you are buying. If you want to deal with a serious, professional dealership which gives you the correct information and doesn't waste your time driving you around and getting a suntan at the dealership under the neon lights, you'll be better off with plenty of other great Honda dealerships in the area or a little farther away. More
The salesman, Paul Mecca, was exceptionally helpful in describing all the details of the vehicle that we wanted, from soup to nuts....very knowledgable about our specific make & model. He took his time with us and was very efficient getting all the paperwork, insurance, etc. done in time to drive the car away the same day! Excellent service! The sales manager, Mohammed, was also very helpful, friendly and helped us with the financial end of things. We walked away happy, feeling we got a great deal. More

I went to several Car Dealerships to both test drive and discuss the possible costs. Joe at Honda Dealership of New Rochelle was on point, friendly, and not overbearing. I think it is important when the Sales Person understands and accepts that you want to look elsewhere before deciding on a car, instead of forcing you into a quick deal. It was a pleasurable experience dealing with both Joseph and Mohamed. Mohamed was friendly and offered great advice on increasing my credit score. I do recommend this dealership to anyone looking into leasing or buying a new Honda. More
Walked into Honda of New Rochelle 3 years ago to Lease a 2011 4 door Honda Accord. Lenny Canora immediately approached us and gave us an amazing price on the desired car. He provided us with top notch service and his knowledge in the business put us at ease. 2 years and 8 months later I re-leased another Honda. This time around I chose the 2 door Honda Accord coupe. Vinny and Lenny were great and attended to all our needs. They were effiecient and professional and would recommend them to anyone looking to drive a Honda vehicle. A great deal was given as well. I must say that my experience with this dealership was horrible. I went in to see a car and I made an offer after not being to agree on the price I left. The next day the salesman calls me and tells me he may be able to work a deal out with me so I went back to the dealership and after negotiating back and forth we finally agreed on a price. I gave a deposit signed the contract and in 2 days had to pick up the car. The day I had to pick up the car I get a call from the manger stating that they double sold my car and my car wasn't available.I was beyond furious!!!!!! I believe they scammed and took a higher offer and told me they double sold my car. I have hired an attorney and will see them in court and I hope someone reads this and doesn't give them their business because they don't deserve it!!!!! More
