I was very happy with my experience at Honda of New Rochelle where I purchased my Odyssey. I made an appointment to come in and take a look at a 2007 Honda Odyssey and when I got there the car was alr Rochelle where I purchased my Odyssey. The sales manager Alfred greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and introduced me to the sales person Nick Belli. Nick was very friendly and professional and listened to us to make sure we found the car we were looking for. He helped us throughout the whole process starting with going on the test drive in the car. As soon as we got back to the lot he went over every feature from the DVD player and navigation system to showing us where the spare tire is. After going over the car thoroughly, he brought us inside and sat us down in his office. He was very calm about the matter and helped us tremendously with making sure that this car fit our needs and most importantly fit into our budget. He was not pushy and instead made sure that we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. When we sat down with the business manager we were treated with excellence as Nick told us we would. We were completely confident with the decision we made and very pleased with the way we were treated at Honda of New Rochelle. I recently purchased a automobile from Honda of New Rochelle. The price was great and that is the ONLY reason I never walked out the door. My salesman, Eddie was really nice and overly pleasing, but co Rochelle. The price was great and that is the ONLY reason I never walked out the door. My salesman, Eddie was really nice and overly pleasing, but consistently made false promises about having the car ready and lied about Honda Certification standards. As I test drove the used car, I asked if the wheels and brakes were replaced. He said all certified cars have both automatically replaced which is a total lie - the were not replaced. When I agreed to buy the car, the buying order had an admin fee of $395 which was never discussed (which is also xx). The manager, Alfred, told me it was for a second detailing, full tank of gas and scratch touch ups and basically told me to leave if I didnt want to pay. When I finally bought the car, it took four 4 days for the dealership to get it ready and the scratches were never touched up, I did NOT have a full tank of gas and the floor mats were missing. The only positive from this experience were the Receptionist, Iris and the finance person, Mohamed Latif. More
