Did not plan of getting a new car yesterday. When Demarie came he was so polite to let us know the deals and the upgraded car options. We ended up getting one. About 2 weeks ago my wife when to the service department for an oil change and an alignment, after taking to Orlando she told him that she had a discount on the oil change, them he told my wife that the dis for an oil change and an alignment, after taking to Orlando she told him that she had a discount on the oil change, them he told my wife that the discount was only for synthetic oil motor - our car is a 2019 HRV so I know for a fact that is synthetic- they lie about this - them he follow by telling her that the alignment was going to cost around $179 that in fact is a little to expensive price for an alignment my wife decided that she was not going to do it because it will take to long so she was taking to the service guy and he just get up and left taking by her self - ( that's was really rude ) after that I call at the service department to file a complaint they said a manager was going to call me but until now (almost 2 weeks)a have not receive that call. I took back the car for the oil change, tire rotation (since we were getting the alignment done) and valancing and the alignment last Saturday, it took around 4 hours to get it back the whole thing cost me around $210, but when I noticed the tires where never rotated it and the alignment was done incorrectly (if it was done) have my doubts because if you let the steering wheel go the car goes to the right so they left it worse than before. In other word I just paid $210 for an oil change it’s just a ripped off from the service department. I'm still waiting for the call to resolve this and I will ask for my full refund and cannot let this go because they cheating the customer and I’m wasting time going back to the dealer that you added gas money plus working time off. I would not buy a car from this dealership. I looked on their web site for a used Kia they had advertised. The price was fair. I called this dealer 1/18/21 to see if the auto was still available. I confirmed the price & told her that the I was paying cash. I was then told there was a $1,000 up charge for a cash deal from the advertised price even though their web site advertised it as a cash price (I have a snap shot of the advertised page). I was then transferred to a gentleman who confirmed the same up charge. He also then told me that the vehicle I was looking to purchase may have a deposit on it & that he would look into it & call me back in the afternoon to let me know for sure. I never heard fro him yesterday or today. I had also sent an email to the dealership about a week before asking about this vehicle & never received a response. I own & love my 2021 Honda CRV which I purchased from another dealer, but I would never buy a vehicle at this dealership after my experience. More
