When I first got to Honda I came in with the intention of selling my old Honda in order to afford the down payment on a New Hyundai Sonata. If im a good driver i should be fine mind you i dnt even have 6 months with the car. Asked for the generals manager number or email he couldn’t provide me with none of the information i asked him. He said they don’t use emails and they don’t have CEO. I hope honda has a good lawyer. More
On December 26 2019 brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in because you could smell gasoline coming out of the ac/heating vents. Got the truck back on December 27,2019. In May of 2020 we needed a new battery, because you could smell gasoline coming out of the ac/heating vents. Got the truck back on December 27,2019. In May of 2020 we needed a new battery, that’s when discovered that the engine cover was missing. I have been calling Honda and getting nothing but the run around and nasty people. Then I was told to speak to Bill Carlucci he is the service manager that could help me with this problem. Left a few messages for him and still no call back from him I get a call from Honda that they want to buy back (which means trade in) for my truck because it has low mileage. And their used car lot need vehicles. I want my engine cover. I paid for that when I bought my truck. It was included in the price. They have a sign in the showroom that they are number 1 I sales and Service and satisfaction. LOL. I would never buy are recommend this place to anyone. They are very nasty don’t return calls transfer you all over the dealership. Or even hang up on you And tell you that you hung up. And my truck has the gasoline smell again !!!! More

What a HORRIBLE experience in both the used & new cars area. Had call the day before to check if the pre owned vehicle is available and was told yes. We had also said please let us know if the car gets sold in the next couple of hrs cause we are coming from far. What happen when we got there, car was delivered a few days ago.... WHAT!!!!...... Gave us a offer for a new car, direct us to go to the new car show room, and confirm the managers name. Tell me how we took the extra trip to the new car show room they did not have the car for us to see & test drive...... Told us the car is locked away down the block & since it Sunday they dont have the keys..... WHAT!!!..... In all years of working at a dealer & buying cars I've NEVER seen or heard a business ran like this. ABSOLUTLEY AWESOMING....Us as a SERIOUS customer is already HEATED walking out!!! No additional offered and no care from the sales floor manager or staff. You will NEVER SEE AGAIN!!!! They lost a serious buyer for life. They should be shut down if they're is NO cars to see or show on the Weekends( the most business time of the week) !!! More
