One of the best experiences I have had. The staff in general are extremely helpful. It has been a long time since a receptionist was as kind as she was (can't remember her name). I visited the Toyota dealership first and got an offer. I visited the Honda dealership and the salesman was knowledgeable and showed me differences between LX, EX , EX-L and Turing. He gave a reasonable price for the EX. The finance manager give me a rate I was expecting for a new car. He crunched the numbers to make it easy to understand so that my choice wouldn’t be that hard. The only fausse note was that the odometer indication was off by about 50 miles. I was expecting less than 10. The explanation they gave me was that the warehouse is far from the showroom and they drove it twice because I was not able to make it for my first appointment. The overall experience was great.
