BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I were looking to change our Honda CR-V to something newer , weren’t sure if we wanted to finance or lease. So we went to Honda of new Rochelle and met with looking to change our Honda CR-V to something newer , weren’t sure if we wanted to finance or lease. So we went to Honda of new Rochelle and met with Thomas, I can honestly say he was so helpful! He helped us figure out what we wanted based on the info we had given him (we went for the Honda passport exl) He explained the differences between leases and finance (as we had not done either in the past , we just bought outright) I felt he was very honest and helpful! So we decided that a lease would be the best option for us, so Thomas then put us in contact with Roberto who works in the new car sales , Roberto was fantastic also! Between Thomas and Roberto they made our experience so easy! When we went to pick up the passport Roberto showed us every detail of the car inside and out to make sure we knew exactly how to use all of the technology, the paperwork process was quick and easy . After we got our passport I even had a follow up phone call from Roberto to make sure everything was going great ! And surprisingly Thomas who we had met in used car sales called me to follow up and congratulate me on my new car, which I thought was a really nice gesture ! I will definitely be recommending Honda of new Rochelle to all of my clients and friends ! A really great dealership and fantastic bunch of people! More

Total BAIT and SWITCH, very dishonest google JTMBD33v986066688. We were ready to purchase the vehicle for the advertised and agreed upon cost of $9200. They gave us the Carfax and showed us what a great deal this was, and then said we couldn't see the vehicle because it was getting a "scratch fixed" and wouldn't be available for a few days but they would hold it for us. 2 days later ,NADA. 3 days later, NADA. Then told us to come in on Monday, the paint wasn't dry. On Monday after leaving work early they finally called to say it wasn't ready and would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday, we left work early AGAIN to see the vehicle and they LIED to us again and told us the check engine light came on driving it to the dealership and the transmission was FAILING and they would have to sell the vehicle to a wholesaler and take a loss from what they paid the original owner who traded it in. They would be happy to sell me another vehicle after totally wasting our time for a week. They had all our names and addresses and phone numbers. LOOK AT THE NEXT GOOGLE RESULT AND YOU WILL SEE HOW THEY HAVE THE VEHICLE ADVERTISED SUDDENLY FOR $11,995. Now we see how they put this vehicle up for sale afterward for $2800 more than the agreed upon price. Even if you wanted to believe all the PROBLEMS AND EXCUSES, they still could have called up and said the problem was (whatever) and do you still want to purchase the vehicle. Stay away from these crooks, and google the vin to see exactly what I am saying here. More
