Not an easy customer experience, sales man John was great but for some reason his Used Car Management has a problem providing basic vehicle information to customer requests. I purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot but for some reason his Used Car Management has a problem providing basic vehicle information to customer requests. I purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot there, week and half later and after speaking to the general manager I still cannot get the inspection report provided by their maintenance shop. Received a 1 page, handwritten report that looks like it was doctored. GM Rob promised to get me a proper report that a professional Honda Dealership should be providing. Would love to attach for customers to view and question the professional behavior of this dealer. More
