Not a great experience this time. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time of 8:00am. My regular service advisor had not arrived yet so I waited in the customer loung I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time of 8:00am. My regular service advisor had not arrived yet so I waited in the customer lounge. Then a very rude employee named Chad Medina told me that I was supposed to check with him. Really? No where on my appointment confirmations does it say I have to check in with Chad. And I certainly will not deal with Chad on any future appointments. The only good experience on this trip was with Alan Page. My recently bought vehicle was having the window tint installed, and Alan was in charge of this. The person doing the tint was apparently a new employee. He forgot to tint two small windows on the front doors. Turns out he couldn't do them. Alan apologized, and asked if I was willing to return a week later based on my work schedule. I need to Alan. The tint on both front door windows is bubbling in a few spots. Alan was professional was apologetic for the situation. More
