Trade-in value was very fair and although we wanted a lower price on the vehicle, the compromise was fair and we got a great deal on our vehicle. Initial contact was with Matt. He gave me a price immediately without any haggle. I drove from St. Augustine to the dealership and the car was exactly as presented online. The wait for financing, however, was over 2 1/2 hours. This was by far the worst part. Not to mention that the finance associate was not very personable. Overall, the process was as enjoyable as a car buying experience could be. I would recommend having some complimentary snacks and drinks (bottle water) while waiting. When you are at a dealer spending over $25K for 4 hours, a little food never hurts, especially when you have kids with you! More
