At this location the personnel and Managers are very friendly. The Maintenance employees/Manager are very efficient, not pushy and tells you exactly was is to be expected. I do have to say, in Coral Springs Florida, when I was interested in Hondas, they were very pushy and demanding and also kept my car keys, I have to insist that they give me my car keys and I left that dealership. Moving to Silver Springs I did visit the Honda Dealerdship in Ocala and was surprised dealing with the personnel and Managers being polite and not forceful...... More

I was in the market for a used truck and happened to drive by Ocala Honda and saw the truck that I had been looking for, stopped in the ask about price, but was on our way to a dinner, That next week I drive by Ocala Honda and saw the truck that I had been looking for, stopped in the ask about price, but was on our way to a dinner, That next week I got a call from the dealership asking if I was still interested in the truck I said I was and asked if we could work some numbers over the phone because I lived so far away, got the numbers to match up, so I went on that next Saturday to pick up the truck while waiting I met the GM Tom very nice man talked for a bit made sure I was being taken care of I told him yes and thanks for asking. I went here to buy a CRV on the last day of a lease/sale special I found on the internet. It had been going for many weeks, but when I visited the lot about as month ago, NOBODY mentioned any sort of prici special I found on the internet. It had been going for many weeks, but when I visited the lot about as month ago, NOBODY mentioned any sort of pricing deals. I had to find it myself on the internet. The color selections were TOO LIMITED, but they finally dug up ONE red car in the model I wanted. I found the dealer add-on charges for accessories on ALL modELS were EXCESSIVE, but negotiable. $80.00+ for filling tires with nitrogen - which Costco will do for free. Almost $,1000 for two (non-adjustable) crossbars on roof rack that are worth about $25.00 each. I wonder how many "accepting" older people (we havd a lot of them around here) just accept this nonsense and pay whatever is on the sticker. I started with a willing but green "newbie" salesman, but was happily handed off to Ed Isreal, an older and well seasoned "pro" who did an excellent job of keeping the deal on track when it could have fallen apart at various points. Ed is and "pro" with many "old school" attitudes about customer service. a welcome change from the "wam-bam" sales approaches found at many dealers. He treated me with KNOWLEDGABLE courtesy throughout. We "did the deal" the same afternoon, without my choosing to go home and "think it over", or even visit any other dealers. I am very happy with my CRV and the deal to get it - especially the EXCELLENT service from ED Isreal. Just DON'T BELIEVE THE STICKERS!! More

Every person I met at Honda of Ocala was friendly and knowledgeable. I have never dealt with a finer group of people. The site is clean and neat with amenities not often found in automobile dealerships, such as lunch counter and refreshments. We have purchased a lot of cars in our lifetimes and only 2 have reached the level of excelence of this dealership. We went in Honda of Ocala with the idea checking for a car with excellent gas miliage but not looking to purchase a car. Mike showed us the FIT, gave us all the pertent information concering the FIT and took my wife for a test drive. He then proceeded to spend time with us showing us that he could get us a deal that worked within our budget. The Honda Fit is an excellent automobile and delivers all the gas miliage that we were promised. My wife is a teacher and drives every day from Ocala to Summerfield 56 miles roung trip and our gas consumsion was $55.00 to $64.00 dollars per week @ 20 miles per gallon. She now uses $22.00 to $26.00 dollars @ 29 to 43 miles per gallon. Quite a change and a real help to the finicial crungh of the times. We have not used the Service department yet but I feel sure that it will be as exciting an experience as it was doing buisnes with the front end. I will revisit this web site after our first encounter with the Service Department. I am proud to be able to say that I after 50 years of buying car I have met my first HONEST car salesman in Mike Lehman. More
