I received a notice that I missed an appointment. I did not miss an appointment in fact I was early. I arrived at your dealership on 12-22 at 8:40 my appointment was for 8:45. The reason I was at the dealership was because a few weeks before your mechanic poked a hole in my dash board and I was there to have the part replaces. Brandon showed me the new part and guess what ? The new part had a dent in it. So now I have to come back again. I know that the damaged new part is not your fault ,but you could have checked the part to see if it was OK before scheduling my appointment. Also I don’t know why it took an hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to start working on my car. I am disappointed in you inferring that I did not show up for the appointment.
