I took my car in for service. Alan Page went above and beyond. I just purchased my fourth CRV from Honda of Ocala. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went there for service for my CRV and ended up trading it in and buying a new one. I took my Pilot in for a dent/paint fix. They were supposed to have a loner ready, but there wasn't one available. We've had our 2023 CRV serviced here, always perfectly handled by advisor Nick Grignon. Nick is really knowledgeable on the Honda line and that makes us feel comfortable. The Service Department is well organized and a friendly group! Today was our last service for the 2023, again smoothly handled by Nick, because we were also taking delivery of a new 2025 CRV. Alex Bowers in Sales introduced us to the exact car we wanted and moved us through the process clearly and quickly. It was alot of puzzle pieces to coordinate together. And you made it go very smoothly for me ! (stress free😁) There is 1 small issue with the hood deflector on the passenger side front. Its set slightly higher than the driver's side & you see a gap between it & the car's hood.--I will send you a separate email on that with attached pics (sep email). That will get addressed when I come in next wk. & I will call you first. I will be back into Honda next wk sometime, I will call before just showing up with the kayak on top of the car for Jerry to do the final adjustment on the kayak rack. Thank you very much for all your help, I greatly appreciated all that you did to make things go smoothly. I called and made an appointment to have the fuel pump replaced on a recall. They check and said they had the parts. I go in a couple of days later for my 10am appointment and I am told they just alloca replaced on a recall. They check and said they had the parts. I go in a couple of days later for my 10am appointment and I am told they just allocated the last fuel pump 15 minutes ago. What is the point of making an appointment and clearing my schedule for it and going to the dealer if it is just random whether or not they will be able to work on my car. This was bad enough, but I asked if they knew when they were going to get more fuel pumps and they said they didn't know. So I asked if they could call me when they get some in, and they said no. So I said I just have to keep calling to see if you get them in and they said that is what I would have to do. So after having me come in for no reason they can't even be bothered to call me when the parts come in, that is what I consider as bad service. I had to pick a service department person I didn't work with because my service person is not listed and it won't let me post a review without picking someone. More
Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. Wish I got the person's name that I talked with, Was not service advisers' fault since I did not talk to him directly. Wish people giving info. out where updated on policies. I have been a customer for many years and was surprised by such faulty info. Never had a problem before. More
