Ovi, our salesman, was extremely knowledable in presenting our product options, cost analysis, optional equipment, operation of navigation systen option, verbal command features, xm, climate contro presenting our product options, cost analysis, optional equipment, operation of navigation systen option, verbal command features, xm, climate control, bluetooth, etc in the sales presetation.
