They had exactly the make, model, color, and trim level that we were looking for when there were no other dealerships that had what we wanted. The entire experience from start to finish was quick, easy and no hassle. We walked in, test drove a car, purchased and went home. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, accessible, down to earth, and no one had the sleazy car salesman feel that we had experienced in the past. He helped me think through my buying choices and allowed me the time to go home and consider my decision with my husband without pressuring me to buy right at the time of the Test Drive. He also worked hard to be sure they found me a red Fit Sport the very next day once I had called and said I made my decision. The buying experience was very efficient. Lane was my Finance Manager and he pointed out the .9% interest rate that saved me hundreds of dollars over my credit union lowest possible rate. Tony was my Selection Specialist and he too was very helpful in pointing out some of the many features of my new car. I am very happy to report that I would send everyone I know to Northwest Honda! Mr. Mance was the sales person that sold me my 2010 Honda Accord on August 31, 2010. He was just absolutely wonderful and God sent. He never once pressured me when I walked on the lot on August 27th. I could tell that Mr. Mance was definitely about satisfying his customers and not about rushing you into a decision so he could make a buck. Mr. Mance even helped me after I purchased the car. He is a man that didn't take advantaged of me because I was a woman, but treated me with the same respect that I believe he would have treated his male customers. He is definitely an asset to Northwest Honda. I have bought several cars in my life and he is foremost the best salesperson I have ever met. Mr. Jassie did the financial part for my Honda, and he was so down to earth and funny until he is just a person that puts you at ease especially when it comes to paying out money. When you have to pay a car note that you haven't had to pay for several years it can be very intimidating because you never know what the figures are going to be. Mr. Jassie had a way of putting that fear behind you. He explained every detail in great lengths and went out of his way to make sure I understood what he was saying. He also was God sent to me, and a wonderful person. He also is a great asset to Northwest Honda. Everyone there is very nice from the person who answered the phone, to the service techs, and finally the cashier during check out. They go above and beyond to work with you. When I did go to pick it up, I noticed that my antenna was missing my Minnin Mouse topper. Paul took the time to go and look for it. It had come off in the car wash, I was so happy that he found it. It is the little things like this that keep me coming back for my service. More
