"Best Honda Showroom in NJ" We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Elite from this Dealership. This is my third car purchase in 6 years but have never met a Salesperson like Maxine. We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Elite from this Dealership. This is my third car purchase in 6 years but have never met a Salesperson like Maxine. The knowledge she had about the minivan was 100%. I am a IT professional and made sure i read everything about the Van before entering the dealership, However after interacting with Maxine for 15 minutes I came to know that my knowledge is incomplete. This car purchasing experience was the best I have ever had. Their staff was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted. Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems, as well as had our first maintenance appointment scheduled. All in all, it was the least painful experience I have ever had purchasing a car, taking less than 3 hours from start to finish, and now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis. More

Bad post sale customer service For a long time now I have been trying to get information about honda Cares program. I lost the Honda Care brochure that was mailed to me. When i called honda financil services they said that the dealer should give me that information. I have sent about four e-mails and left about three messages. after a couple of tries i did get a response from the sales personnel Michael diaz, who promised me that some one will get in touch with me regarding the Honda cares program. Some one called my cell phone but did not leave any message. After that I have not received any response so far. The service when I leased the car was excellent and I even mentioned that in the survey that I received. But after thatthe service to say the lease has been disappointing. Looks like once you are done with the survey, thay no longer care to respond. It is like you are banging your head against a wall. More
