Bad post sale customer service For a long time now I have been trying to get information about honda Cares program. I lost the Honda Care brochure that was mailed to me. When i called honda financil services they said that the dealer should give me that information. I have sent about four e-mails and left about three messages. after a couple of tries i did get a response from the sales personnel Michael diaz, who promised me that some one will get in touch with me regarding the Honda cares program. Some one called my cell phone but did not leave any message. After that I have not received any response so far. The service when I leased the car was excellent and I even mentioned that in the survey that I received. But after thatthe service to say the lease has been disappointing. Looks like once you are done with the survey, thay no longer care to respond. It is like you are banging your head against a wall. More

Their prices were very competitive on line and their cars looked in very clean condition. At first I was hesitant to visit the dealership (I live about 58 miles away) but decided to give it a go. The experience was great and we were able to strike a deal. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Fast forward to June, 2014. I was in the market for another vehicle and decided to try Honda of Princeton again. Same great experience, and this time I purchased a 2011 Odyssey EX. We are again very happy with our purchase. Johnathan Dorf was exceptional with his follow-up and seeing to it that our concerns were met and made sure we came away as very happy and satisfied customers. I promise you will not be disappointed while working with Johnathan. He understands that buying a car is a major purchase, and people want to feel like they got a great car and excellent value for their hard earned money. I previously owned a Honda CRV and liked it very much so I wanted to consider other models of Honda. A sales associate by the name of Daniel Corcillo assisted me and I tested a Honda Civic LX. Mr. Corcillo was the perfect balance of informative, eager, and understanding when to simply sit back and listen. It was just later that day that I was driving off the lot having leased a new 2014 Civic LX (the best car in it's class, lots of bells and whistles in the lowest trim level) at a fantastic price per month. I would absolutely recommend Honda of Princeton to anyone locally looking for a new car. More

Great Service I recently took my car to another local dealership and found that the people I liked and trusted there, had quit. an employee there told me it was bec I recently took my car to another local dealership and found that the people I liked and trusted there, had quit. an employee there told me it was because that company was "a terrible place for employees". The other place recommended a bunch of service for my vehicle. After they gave me that laundry list of stuff I said not to do the work and brought my car to Princeton Honda. When I walk in the door I see Jason Burger. The guy I liked and respected from the other dealership. He had a technician look over my car to find half the stuff the other place recommended was not actually needed. the other half of the stuff I just had jason do while I was there. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on. Way to go on hiring such a great and caring service person. More

I personally have not owned a vehicle for over 10 years since I lived in a city where public transportation was easily accessible, therefore I was slightly nervous to take on this new endeavor. Cedric was the direct sales representative I worked with, and I felt at ease from the moment I shook his hand with his evident knowledge of the product and attentive nature. He is truly focused on customer service, and demonstrated how vested he was to ensure the vehicle was customized to the client. He even helped spend a substantial amount of extra time to ensure I received the best car insurance available. Chris was also a pleasure and a true professional as well. He was very detailed in his explanation of the paperwork we were reviewing, and I felt informed and at ease throughout my experience with him and the dealership. The net of it is that I couldn't be happier with my new car, and wanted to ensure I gave kudos to the great partners that helped me get there.
