My wife and I purchased a new CR-V and a used Civic here within the last 10 months. Pleased with how we were handled for both transactions. I called Derrik Battle the day my driver's side mirror was ripped off from a hit and run. He suggested that I come to the dealership the same day it happened and said I will get the immediate assi mirror was ripped off from a hit and run. He suggested that I come to the dealership the same day it happened and said I will get the immediate assistance from the service dept. He was right!!!! I had a pleasant experience! They looked up the part and even said I could get it fixed right on the spot! Unfortunately, I had to come back the following Saturday due to my circumstances. But I did get the immediate help, which I was hoping I would. I am happy! More
