I had my first oil change to the Honda accord I purchased 7 months ago. I also had a couple questions about the vehicle itself. I was greeted by my sales rep, Brian W, who was able to answer one of my questi 7 months ago. I also had a couple questions about the vehicle itself. I was greeted by my sales rep, Brian W, who was able to answer one of my questions. The express service advisor, Chris, was able to answer the other after consulting with a top mechanic. He took responsibility immediately and was able to get back to me within 5 mins. I appreciated that because I didn't have to wait for an answer until my car was finished. Even so, I was told the car would be completed within the hour and sure enough it was. Thirty five minutes to be exact. While I waited they had fresh bagels and coffee along with tv and magazines. Overall very friendly and courteous. They made you feel welcomed and comfortable. Great job. Thanks More

Most importantly, the deal I got on my lease was better than I hoped for, and another dealer I got a quote from couldn't even get close.
