I had one of the best experience buying the car here at this dealership. I have bought several cars before but something is always an issue waiting forever to get the car. At this dealership lot of information was exchanged via e-mail which was very efficient. When I went there we had a ball park price that I wanted to buy. And the color I wanted. I bought a new car here from Chay Jenkins. I was very upset as I felt the paperwork did not honor the pricing we agreed to. Evan got involved and honored the price we had agreed on, but it was all very u upset as I felt the paperwork did not honor the pricing we agreed to. One of the little things was that they said they would throw in car mats, and then charged me for them. They did honor the price, after an argument, but I couldn't believe I was being nickel and dimed over a $30,000 car. Then when I picked up the car, the back seat was puckered. The leather doesn't fall straight and the seat buckled. They said they would fix it and order a new seat. I took it back the seat was replaced. It still did the same thing. I took it back again, spent two hours waiting and the seat still has the same problem. I am very unhappy about this and am afraid the leather will crack in the area it is buckling over time. More
