You can tell there is a commitment to excellence at Princeton Honda and their service prices are in line with local garages and auto service retailers but with the advantage of having Honda trained mechanics working on my car using genuine Honda parts. These are two huge advantages you can't be sure of at local garages and auto service retailers. The newly remodeled service waiting area is spacious, comfortable and clean. Even the free coffee is excellent. I am very satisfied with the level of service and care I receive from the entire service staff at Princeton Honda. I can't compliment them enough. I then started doing more research on the dealerships this time around. I found a few dealerships in my area that had great ratings, but didn't have the car I wanted or a color I was interested in. I narrowed the cars down to two from close-by state and chose Honda of Princeton first because of the unusual color vehicle. Also, not only did Honda of Princeton have excellent ratings in this site, they had great ratings in google and BBB. Steve, my sales rep, was very friendly, approachable and helpful. I felt that I got a very good deal. I got a beautiful, clean, and well maintained vehicle. There was also a lot of transparency from this dealership. I didn't sense any pushiness, which made the purchase and financing easier to negotiate as well as to stop negotiating. For me, it's not about bidding low, but finding that middle ground that makes it profitable for them and easy and acceptable for me to pay. At the end of the process, I was happy with the price and financing and found it to be a very good and professional experience. My family and I found that all the sales people there were very nice and pleasant. Coming from Brooklyn, I found the place to be very clean and easy to locate using my GPS. For those interested in buying, they have a wonderful selection of good used vehicles that my husband and I were viewing as I waited for a lender to pick me up. The car I got looked so new that my co-worker thought I had purchased it new.
