My husband and 16 month old went into the Princeton Honda dealership one bright sunny morning one week ago and Himashu greeted us straight away and never left our side. It was our first time purchasing a car and we had many questions.We really liked a 2007 Honda CRV initially and went ahead with the paperwork and everything. However, we discovered because it was an older model the interest rate would be higher and we decided to go with a newer model and Himanshu and Jim Miller (Business Manager) were great about it. in the meantime my 16 month old son was screaming at the top of his lungs and causing havoc that I'm sure was annoying, but Himanshu was so cooperating and even helped in getting him some milk so that he would calm down. Overall my experience at Princeton Honda was great and I would recommend going there to anyone. Jason was very good in explaining what needed doing in addition to the power steering hose recall. I appreciated actually seeing the parts discussed. The people here are the difference. They are extremely warm and friendly and treat you like a family. When I bought my car, Bob was very patient and educatiive. I had the pleasure of working with Maxine Durbataki, sales woman, at Honda of Princeton. I particularly wanted to give a woman my business as it is my observation that the majority of car sales people sales woman, at Honda of Princeton. I particularly wanted to give a woman my business as it is my observation that the majority of car sales people are males and I am a strong supporter of women's climb up the ladder of success in this day and age. Honda has only two women working there so Maxine actually had to drive BACK from home to help me. .( I recommend they hire more women! I wanted a small efficient car for about town. Maxine was competent, polite and very patient and never condescending (I am not very technical!) She explained all the great details about the 2013 Honda Civic. She went through the leasing policies and explained the financial details. ( I am not very mathematical either!) She also actually drove the car to my house (before I signed the lease) so that we could see if the front bumper would clear the steep incline at the front of my driveway. (It did!) My choice of an EX L was in silver with black leather interior , heated front seats and a moonroof. The front dashboard is easy to understand and the car drives very nicely. It has lots of safety features and I especially like that it has a rearview camera so that you can see what is behind you. The whole time I was at Honda everyone was exceptionally friendly and the whole staff enthusiastic. Maxine , in particular, of course, was tops and was SO helpful in every possible fashion. Definite HOP rates a 5 out of 5 in my assessment. Thank you everyone there. More

I had walked into Honda of Princeton and was expecting the same sales pitch as many of the other Honda dealerships i had visited. EXAMPLE: I first visited the Hamilton dealership and would NEVER go bac the same sales pitch as many of the other Honda dealerships i had visited. EXAMPLE: I first visited the Hamilton dealership and would NEVER go back or REFER that dealership EVER! Honda of Princeton employees were warm, welcoming and down to earth. You felt comfortable with the entire environment within the dealership. The receptionist was so kind, friendly and helpful it was so nice to have that especially when you are trying to purchase a new vehicle after a traumatic car accident which left your current vehicle totaled. I find it disappointing that i cannot find the receptionst's name on the website.Please let her know I did appreciate her helpfulness and her kindness. Truth be told, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would consider a Honda purchase. Please give KUDOS to Matt Carroll, Evan Perrault and Derrek Battle---they made the entire purchase process so easy!!!Thank you GUYS!!! More
