Although I had differences with the management, Steve never took the easy way out - which would be to blame management and have a pity party. He held his ground professionally. I have great respect for how he handled the negotiations even though I didn't get 100% my way. It was a good deal and Steve guided it to see it happened. Great follow up. After the purchase, he explained everything about our new car very clearly and also assured us that he would be of help anytime we needed it, even offering his cell number and insisting we could call him even on a Sunday. I hate buying a car. I worry about the process and I really dislike haggling. We told Himanshu that we had done our homework and have been loyal customers to Prinecton Honda, and that we wanted the best price. He came back with a great price and I took it right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was great when I picked up the car. He walked me through the controls and the features. He aslo followed up with phone calls to make sure I didn't have additional questions. Derek was very good too. He was the finance person. Very friendly. I will only go to this dealership in the future. I highly recommend Himanshu. More

I hit a pothole in my honda fit, leaving me with a flat tire first thing in the morning. Jason took me without an appointment and, when it turned out that the rim was bent and a new one would have to be or tire first thing in the morning.
