A small clip on my air filter fell to the bottom of my engine floor pan which is sealed.I visited HOP hoping to order the part but the service staff immediately took my car in,put it on the lift,opened th engine floor pan which is sealed.I visited HOP hoping to order the part but the service staff immediately took my car in,put it on the lift,opened the floor pan cover,found the original clip and put it back on my air filter cover all within fifteen minutes.This not the first time that I stopped by without an appointment and received immediate service.We have purchased 5 new Honda's from HOP and none were problematic.They are great cars and the dealership is by far one of the best in the tri-state area! As in any dealership, you of course have to be keep your eyes open about offers they can make you at the financial office for packages that you may not need and that will cost you out of pocket money, but that happens everywhere and you just have to be sure of how much are you willing to spend.
