Service on 2020 Honda under warranty. Requested service for 2 standard maintenance items and 1 warranty item. After 2.5 hours vehicle was pulled into service bay for pick up. No charge to customer other than lost time. Technician Anthony C. provided false information regarding work performed which created erroneous service history of the vehicle and warranty work completed. Customer will never have service work done, nor purchase a vehicle from this dealer. BEWARE. More

My wife has been a satisfied Honda customer for quite a long time. In fact, a 1998 Civic sedan she bought new that we donated to a young driver is still going strong! We both bought into the hybrid conc long time. In fact, a 1998 Civic sedan she bought new that we donated to a young driver is still going strong! We both bought into the hybrid concept but most recently chose a Tucson Blue due to the larger cargo capacity; however, our experience with the vehicle (we owned it for over a year and a half) was not entirely a positive one, so we started looking again. Our choice was the CR-V. The average mileage thus far on our first tank of gasoline is 36.3-and climbing. That bodes well for the time when the engine has fully broken in! What we lost in cargo space we made up for in other ways. We prefer the handling of the CR-V, the audio system, the climate system, and the seats. Most importantly we feel great about returning to the company that has provided, in our past experience, stellar reliability. Now for the dealership: hats off to Robert Swayka for going further than the extra mile to ensure our long-term relationship with Honda of Sarasota will be a strong one. We will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an SUV in the future! More

Brandon Benoit is the worst person to work with in the finance department. He was pleasant when we were there originally, but after experiencing his behavior while trying to get our money back has been ve finance department. He was pleasant when we were there originally, but after experiencing his behavior while trying to get our money back has been very upsetting. He claimed that it took 4-5 weeks to get our warranty removed. When asked about it, he added another week to his original comment, well it’s been over 7 weeks and no progress has been made. I reached out to the owner, no assistance. I tried reaching out to Brandon again and found out that my email has been blocked. Why would you need to block a customer that has never done anything mean. I have waited patiently this far, so to be blocked was completely unnecessary and says a lot about their work at Honda. Don’t get your car at Honda, better yet make sure you’re not workin with either Michael M or Brandon B. I was told by other customers that they are racist, but seeing how they have treated us, I can 100% say that I agree. They took advantage of my mothers lack of English, scammed us, and now blocked us. Says a lot about their character and integrity as a company. More

We were pleased with our experience until we met with someone else in financing to sign the final paperwork. The aggressive, scornful, condescending manner Daniel used in alternately trying to bully and shame us into purchasing the extended warranty was appalling. It turned a pleasant experience unpleasant very quickly. I suppose at that point they figure you've come that far, you're not going to back out of the purchase, although I considered walking out because of how that person treated us. I left angry, rather than happy about our new purchase. Still appreciate how friendly everyone else was, but would buy somewhere else for the next car rather than deal with that financing guy again. It was truly awful. More
