I came to Honda last May and Michael Mumsberry was my sales guy . Best sales experience I’ve had. No pressure on buying my pilot. Well now I referred my mother to buy a Honda! So I talked to Michael about a 2016 pilot they had that my mother liked. So after work we went down there they had all my paperwork ready my mother looked over the pilot and she was in love ! Brandon in finance had our paperwork ready to go explained everything and made it so simple ! After the sale Michael showed my mother all the features even connected her phone to the Pilot! Hands down the best experience my mother and me had ! Well my second lol Michael wi be our sales guy forever! More
