However we experienced some cosmetic problems with the vehicle but Eduardo handle the situation with concern for his customer and would not let the matter rest until my wife was completely satisfied. Michael and another salesman came out to see what they could do to help. They spent over an hour with us, trying several ways to correct the issue. We didn't even buy the car there. A Great Experience We went to WIlde Honda to buy our CR-V at the termination of its lease. We also looked at 2017 models but eventually decided to buy and keep our 2014 CR-V but add an extended warranty. The overall experience could not have been better in every respect. Martha was most delightful to work with....pleasant, understanding, informative, and not at all pushy. Steve was most patient, informative, helpful and a true pleasure to work with compared to finance officers we have known at other dealerships. Wilde was an excellent experience in every respect and will be "Our Dealership" for all future transactions. More
