SALES VISIT - NEW

Purchased a vehicle, traded in a vehicle. Was owed $7300 from the trade difference. Over two weeks go by, no check, trade not paid off. Called, they said they’d look into it. Next week, they Was owed $7300 from the trade difference. Over two weeks go by, no check, trade not paid off. Called, they said they’d look into it. Next week, they call, and they lost my paperwork and have to come back in to sign. Was told now I’d be issued my check within the next week. Two weeks go by, still nothing. After expressing my displeasure with no communication and no check after over a month, they finally cut the check, and were completely unapologetic about withholding funds owed for over a month, and during Christmas no less. I’ve purchased several vehicles from this dealership, and it will be my last. Their young sales manager is a total slimeball. More

The service advisor I had is no longer with Honda and John stepper right into his shoes fulfilling the same excellence in service as my previous advisor.
