I came to this dealership because I haven’t been in a while since I had a recall on my vehicle, but I was given a complementary oil change so I came to get my oil changed done and it did not take me a very long time and the people there were so kind even the service person that waited on me when she told me my vehicle was ready. I could not believe it. I was prepared to sit there a few hours. When I got home, I called the service department back because I wanted to know if an oil change was the same price that was on my receipt and she told me yes. So from now on when I need a oil change, I will ride all the way from Kenner to Slidell.. Thanks so much for having such a great staff!

Just received my second oil change on my 2025 Honda Ridgeline at this dealership and by the way it was also purchased with them. They offered top notch service as usual from the drive up until the drive off. Even though this was a routine maintenance they treated it just like it was something major. I received text messages throughout the process and Mr. jason was very welcoming and assured me that I would be in and on my way in as little time as possible. Since I know just about everyone at the dealership from the GM Ms. Alana, Assistant GM Mr. Batiste as well as my Salesman Mr Hawkins it is always a thrill to catch up because after all the years of dealing with such a great group of folks it feels like family. Now, car ready and pulled out it is time to leave with the same sense of a true car dealing experience until next time. Thanks for a great experience as always!

I was Pleasantly surprised that the Service area was renovated. The atmosphere was better also. I really was trying to go to another dealership, but because my coupon was from Premier Honda I could only use it there. My last service on the car was at Royal Honda because it was just too loud everywhere. There seem to be too much foolishness going on. Royal Honda is quiet you can sit quietly read books or magazines while waiting on your vehicle without all the loud noises going on. To top that the coffee is available the entire time, and different flavors of cream is also available. Today Premier Honda was so much better even though there was only some off brand powdered cream. Thank God I had just stopped at McDonald's and had liquid cream with me. Trust me I'm not bougie. I just think that's part of customer service. Prmier Honda, and Royal Honda aren't the only dealerships, but between the 2 Royal caters more to their customers. It's all about customer service. I can go to any other Honda dealership, but I said all about customer service. Maybe it's because their customers predominantly blacks. Not sure, but I'm thinking that. Well spending my time with the staff today it was 💯better. Danny was very attentive, and explained everything to me he's a great guy.
