Based on our records, the initial visit occurred several years ago and the recommended repairs were not completed at that time. During your more recent visit, we did evaluate the vehicle, however further diagnosis was declined. We understand how upsetting unresolved concerns can be and regret that communication did not meet expectations. Actually when I brought it in 1 1/2 years ago your service department tried to tell me all my lights are on cause of my tail light being broken but they were on before that. Your service dept told me they got no codes and lights weren’t on but when I got in it they were lit up like a Christmas tree. You want to charge me $220 to diagnose but according to your worker it was a brake light. Your service manager told me it could be the light cause he seen the damage but truth be told he was looking at wrong car. As for this time you said codes popped up but never told me what it was and again wanted to charge $200 to change a hose lol, and $220 per hour to diagnose and break it down. All I wanted for the second time was to know why my dash lights have been on for 2 years. Your people said well 1 1/2 years and 40,000 miles later it’s probably something else but still refusing to tell me so called codes. He also told me it wasn’t maintained but I did maintain it and have receipts to show proof. He said it should be in carfax. I did my part you didn’t do yours! It should’ve been fixed when I brought it in in 2024. Your excuse was a brake light. If you look up dash light problems on a 21 accord it’s a common problem and involves replacing a $800 part. You couldnt do your job then and you still haven’t now. I had a warranty when it first came there and you did nothing. You all never gave me the weather mats owed to me and you surely didn’t look into the problem of the lights. Your employee hung up in my face and every time I called back she would pick it up and hang up and after 10 minutes of that she sent me to voicemail. Your trying to say it’s my fault for not paying diagnosis but if you have a warranty and all dash lights are on it should’ve been Hondas responsibility to diagnose it and not tell me it’s a brake light. Also I was told by Nicole she had no record of first visit but you just told me details on it but left out you saying it was a brake light that the technician said was problem only for me to tell him I already knew that and he should’ve focused on lights. Now it’s the turbo and a pvc hose. I’m bringing it elsewhere and I am involving an attorney cause Honda failed to do right by a customer. You can put blame on me like you are but face it your service department does not do their job unless you pay. Warranty or not. Y’all are rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend your dealership to anyone that’s why I went to Nissan this last purchase. You failed to do your job and you’re now cowardly trying to place blame on me. Good luck with that and I hope any other customers get better treatment than I did!
