Brought Honda Pilot in to fix recall issues, which they did, but they broke my seat adjuster and accepted zero responsibility and gave me a quote of over $3K to replace the entire seat & all parts, when al did, but they broke my seat adjuster and accepted zero responsibility and gave me a quote of over $3K to replace the entire seat & all parts, when all that really us needed is to replace the VTA on the seat. Very unprofessional in my opinion. More
