Brought Honda Pilot in to fix recall issues, which they did, but they broke my seat adjuster and accepted zero responsibility and gave me a quote of over $3K to replace the entire seat & all parts, when al did, but they broke my seat adjuster and accepted zero responsibility and gave me a quote of over $3K to replace the entire seat & all parts, when all that really us needed is to replace the VTA on the seat. I had a terrible experience with a local mechanic shop and decided to go back to the dealership for work. They were fast, offered me a shuttle ride for the wait and their prices were more than reasonable and decided to go back to the dealership for work.
