I was not satisfied with the receptionist Jennifer or the staff who worked on my Honda. The service manager gave an estimate of $300 but ended up being $500. The vehicle went to them without leaks and left t staff who worked on my Honda. The service manager gave an estimate of $300 but ended up being $500. The vehicle went to them without leaks and left the dealership leaking, with a pinpoint in the boot, and one of the jobs they said they “did” was apparently unchanged (the work was supposed to be the front differential). The lack of trust and the price gouging will keep me away! More

Jennifer in service has poor customer service. I have been having issues with my a/c breaking for over 2 years now and it is still not fixed. Jennifer has charged me again for things that were don I have been having issues with my a/c breaking for over 2 years now and it is still not fixed. I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair which I inspected before I did and found that I had a nail in the middle of the treads. My tire indicator light came on and I stopped at a local gas station inspected before I did and found that I had a nail in the middle of the treads. My tire indicator light came on and I stopped at a local gas station and filled the tire and the light went off and drove 5 miles back home. The tire had lost its air over night and so I removed it and examined the tire to see why it lost air and found out that I had a nail in the middle of the treads, so I inspected the rest of the tire and found no other damage. Then I brought the tire to the dealership where I purchased 5 other vehicles before and always have my vehicles serviced there ask for an additional oil change as well as a tire repair. After 30 minutes the advisor came to me and said that the tire which I had previously examined and said that the tire couldn’t be repaired because of a slash in the sidewall and I told him that it couldn’t be possible because I inspected the tire before I brought it in and there was no slash in the sidewall because I never would have been able to number 1 been able to put air in the tire and the indicator light had gone off and drive it 5 miles back home with that kind of damage. With that said Honda of Sidell has lost a valued customer and I can’t see how I can recommend anyone to patronize this particular Dealership. More
