Great Experience at Honda of Slidell I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Accord. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. FIRST OFF, I WANT TO SAY THAT THERE WEBSITE IS SO EASY TO NAVIGATE AND USE. I LIVE IN RIVER RIDGE AND CHECKED PRICES ONLINE FROM ALL MY SURROUNDING HO FIRST OFF, I WANT TO SAY THAT THERE WEBSITE IS SO EASY TO NAVIGATE AND USE. I LIVE IN RIVER RIDGE AND CHECKED PRICES ONLINE FROM ALL MY SURROUNDING HONDA DEALERS AND SLIDELL HAD THE BEST PRICE ALREADY. I SUBMITTED AN OFFER TO JEFF ON A SUNDAY AND HE RESPONDED TO ME MONDAY MORNING. I DID ALL OF THE PAPERWORK ONLINE IN HOPE OF SPEEDING UP THE PROCESS WHEN I GOT THERE MONDAY LATE AFTERNOON. I WAS GREETED BY JEFF AND BRIAN AND BRIAN PROCEEDED TO SHOW MY WIFE THE FEATURES OF THE ODYSSEY. ONCE SIGNING PAPERWORK TO PURCHASE MY ODYSSEY I ASKED JEFF IF I COULD GET A LITTLE MORE ON MY TRADE IN BECAUSE MY PILOT WAS STILL IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE AND HE AGREED TO. I WAS ONLY THERE FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS OR SO BECAUSE I DID MY PAPERWORK ONLINE SO WAS ABLE TO GET INTO FINANCING BEFORE SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT WERE ALREADY THERE. JUST THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. Excellent!!! I recently had the opportunity to make a car purchase at Honda of Slidell. The whole process from start to finish was by far the best car buying exper I recently had the opportunity to make a car purchase at Honda of Slidell. The whole process from start to finish was by far the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. Regina Pace was my contact person. She was very kind and easy to work with. (I contacted Honda the last week of March/fist week of April, but due to work schedule I didn't get down to the dealership to test drive the car I bought until April 23rd.) Regina was kind enough to make sure that I knew that the vehicle was still in their inventory and let me know of any price changes. She stayed in contact with me at least once a week until I could get down to the dealership to test drive. She even contacted me later in the day after my purchase to make sure that everything was good with the car and that I was happy with it. I also worked with Oscar who ultimately sold me the car (sales associate). Oscar helped me get the best deal possible. If you are in the market for a new or used car you should give Honda of Slidell the chance at your business. BTW I love my new car!! Thanks Regina and Oscar!! More

"Never been treated so poorly from a dealership sales rep!" My husband and I are from Saucier, MS, which is over an hour away from Slidell. We like purchasing new vehicles every few years. We have great credit My husband and I are from Saucier, MS, which is over an hour away from Slidell. We like purchasing new vehicles every few years. We have great credit and good jobs. I love Hondas, and I want a Honda to be my next vehicle. So, we contacted Slidell's dealership and made an appointment to go by and see what they could offer. When we arrived my husband was greeted by Mark. Mark didn't acknowledge that I was there. First offense. We told him what kind of vehicle we were looking for, but he was hesitant to show us any vehicles. Second offense. We did walk over to one of the vehicles I wanted to see, but the doors were locked. We asked him a couple of times if we could look inside of the vehicle. He was reluctant to even go get a key. Third offense. When he did get a key we couldn't even pop the hatchback because it was too close to the vehicle behind it. Fourth offense. He asked if we had a trade. We have a 2014 Nissan Rogue. Which is a very nice vehicle. Nothing is wrong with it. We have always kept up with it, and we recently purchased all new tires for it. He said that they don't like Nissans and that Nissan gives too many rebates. Whatever that means. Fifth offense. Mike was so negative and unwilling to work with us. After all of these offenses my husband was pretty upset and decided it would be best to leave. My husband called the representative we made the appointment with and told her about our experience at their dealership. 15 minutes later the General Sales Manager Dawn called and wanted to make up for our poor first impression. She asked for us to come back, but unfortunately we were already so offended that we'll NEVER be back. I'm so disappointed that people like him are allowed to work with the public. More
