Great Buying Experience I had purchased two vehicles in the past from Honda of Slidell. I have the choice to go to other (closer) Honda dealerships, but I prefer Honda of Sli I had purchased two vehicles in the past from Honda of Slidell. I have the choice to go to other (closer) Honda dealerships, but I prefer Honda of Slidell because of their attentiveness and great customer service. Nina Eveque was a pleasure to work with. She listened to and understood what we were looking for and made the deal happen. This purchase was for my mother-in-law, so that makes it three cars purchased from Honda of Slidell. I recommend them to my friends and family. More

Awesome Customer Service Drove to Slidell from the Ms Gulf Coast to look at another car that was advertised. It wasn't what I had in mind, but the black on black CR-V Touring Drove to Slidell from the Ms Gulf Coast to look at another car that was advertised. It wasn't what I had in mind, but the black on black CR-V Touring on the showroom floor was. Bobby, my Sales Rep, was so receptive, kind, accommodating AND knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more! I bought the Touring and the whole process was simple ... no complications or pressure from anyone. Everybody I dealt with were really nice people. This company prioritizes customer service and it shows! Thank you, Bobby Sage, working with you has been my pleasure. And my granddaughters. I wanted her to be a part of the car choice and purchase that I wasn't really sure I'd be making on that day. I think your receptive kindness towards her sealed the deal. She was so excited ... Amazing service department! This service department is the best I've ever dealt with! I wrecked my car days before my college graduation and my insurance company took over a week This service department is the best I've ever dealt with! I wrecked my car days before my college graduation and my insurance company took over a week to inspect it before work could begin. During this time I talked to Kristen in the Honda service department literally everyday for updates. She was so amazing! Completely empathetic and acted almost as a therapist to me! On a separate occasion I had dealings with Charity. She is probably the nicest person I've ever met! She went above and beyond to get me the best discount available and even arranged to have the shuttle bring me home and pick me up when my car was ready. The service team at Honda is amazing!! More

Jeff was very nice about accommodating our schedule. When we arrived at the dealership, James Miller was our salesman. James showed us the car, took us on a test drive, pointed out all the safety and tech features, as well as the new upgrades compared to our older Honda model. We'd like to point out that James was extremely professional, polite, attentive, and most importantly - patient. During our whole time there he was very patient, answered all of our questions and did everything, let us repeat, everything so that we, the customers were happy with our purchase. It was thanks to James' professionalism that we walked out with a new Honda that day. So, thank you James, Jeff and Honda Slidell for giving us a great car buying experience! More

Purchase Very slow process in purchasing a vehicle. Was left sitting waiting for very long periods of time with no explanations. Once was told mgrs were in Very slow process in purchasing a vehicle. Was left sitting waiting for very long periods of time with no explanations. Once was told mgrs were in a meeting. Only had 1 finance guy so had to wait for him. Over all took over 6 hours to purchase, 4 of which it took just to get a quote. Only went through with sell because had invested too much time at final point. More
