WOW! Customer Service is alive and well at Honda of Slidell! I can not express enough how professional and courteous the staff at Honda of Slidell was during my leasing experience. From the second I walked in th I can not express enough how professional and courteous the staff at Honda of Slidell was during my leasing experience. From the second I walked in the door I felt as though I was in good hands. I was greeted by Nick who then introduced me to Curtis. I was taken to see my new Crosstour (which I love) and then for a test drive while Curtis pointed out all the features of the car and even set up my Bluetooth for hands free cell service. He and Nicks attention to detail and knowledge of their product made this one of the easiest car leasing transactions. Once all the decisions were made Curtis sat down with me and explained the services offered by them and walked me over to the customer service area to introduce that team to me.I was then introduced to Dawn who handled the finance portion, she too was great to work with and explained all the details that sometimes just are hard to understand when working with numbers. This is my 6th Honda so it is obvious I am sold on the product but this was my 1st time at Honda of Slidell and for sure will not be my last. Thanks Nick, Curtis & Dawn for making what can and has been a nerve racking experience in the past a breeze this time. See you in 2017! David M. Cortez More

I had researched for a few months to make sure I was buying th c I literally could not be more pleased with the service I received at this dealership. I had researched for a few months to make sure I was buying th car that was right for me, and decided the Accord EX-L was the best fit. I started by inquired through cars.com and promptly received an email from Katelin the next morning. She was very straight forward, as she listed the price in the first email. I then made sure she knew I wanted navigation, and she then sent me a second email with the correct price.I made an appointment to meet with her the following Monday, and as I was greeted by her at the dealership, she was extremely friendly and let me know she only handled internet consulting and would pass me on to a salesman. As a 24 year old, car buying is never very fun because I am never taken very seriously. It is often assumed that I don't have the money or the credit to buy what I am looking at, and I always feel as though I am an inconvenience. Finding this trait in a dealership leaves me walking out not long after getting there, and I am SO happy to say this was not the case with Honda of Slidell! Brian never once asked my income or if I even knew what credit was before or during my test drive. After test driving, I decided this was absolutely the car that I wanted (as I have test driven a few other vehicles) and I couldn't argue the price that they were giving me. My only problem is they threw in an $800 "Pro Package" that wasn't included in the price of the vehicle, even though they didn't have any on the lot without it. I thought this was a pretty ridiculous charge, but again, for the price they were giving me, I didn't argue much. After signing some paperwork and running my credit, it was then just a waiting game to see what I would get for my trade in. Kerry appraised my car and gave me a pretty fair amount, a little less than I expected and had been offered elsewhere, but it was pretty fair. After I agreed that our numbers all matched up, it was then a waiting game until Godfrey could bring me in to sign my paperwork. They did slip a $2500 warranty in there that I didn't realize I was getting until I was reading over my paperwork. I told him I didn't want it after I realized, and then changed my mind after he was beginning to type up new paperwork - but he stayed patient with me throughout. (I'm glad I got the warranty, by the way. Complete peace of mind!) Overall, I had the most wonderful experience at a dealership yet. It was nice to not have someone assume I was wasting their time because of my age and to finally have a car that I love and to know I walked out with a very fair deal. Thanks Honda of Slidell, I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase!! More

I've been to numerous of dealerships, seeking help to purchase a vehicle and never was shown the beautiful blessed act of kindness, that was given to me like this dealership. I knew from the first time I drove onto Honda of Slidell car lot, that indeed this is where God wanted me to be. So with that being said, due to the awesome team members with so much compassion and understanding of my personal situation. I was extremely blessed to be the proud owner of a beautiful 2006 Honda Accord Sedan!!!!! My deepest gratitude and heartfelt THANKS....to Mrs. Ashley, Mr. Kerry & Mr. Alberto for making me feel like a family member and not just a customer. Great experience from the test drive to the final paperwork. The dealership has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Ken Lobert introduced us to Mike Ancar who did a great job showing us the inven paperwork. The dealership has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Once we decided on a 2014 Civic, Mike and Ken went out of thier way to find the exact model we wanted. Dawn Loyacano handled the paperwork and was friendly, welcoming and did a great job explaining the warranty and financing options. Overall we were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Honda of Slidell! More

I was treated with respect and educated on auto safety, financing, maintenance etc. Ashley, Josh and Kurt went above and beyond the call of duty to sell me a car working later than normal business hours to close the deal. I spoke to the Sales Manager, Kerry Turlich, and he answered all of my questions and concerns without any games, he gave me the best price up front and also gave me a realistic trade value for my trade in. When I went to the dealership my expectations were more than met, Kerry lived up to EXACTLY what we discussed over the phone and the rest of the staff was wonderful too! Alberto Montero did our paperwork and explained all options clearly and with no pressure whatsoever. My salesperson, Leigh Garland, was a dream to work with also! I love my new Odyssey and I love Honda of Slidell! More
