It seems every time I’ve walked into Slidell dealership, I have a cost to pay out of pocket. It isn’t fair that I pay all these fees and when something becomes damaged, nothing is covered. I recently purchased my Honda June/July 2024 and my car to date only has 7k miles. I can’t believe nothing is ever covered. In my opinion, the employees in service are not very professional and as a customer; I felt the harness in how my concerns were being handled. When I go to service, where I always deal with Misty. She will go overboard to help. I really prefer to deal with Misty. No one else seems to care. Going forward, I’ll just deal with Misty and if she isn’t available, I’ll go to Honda in New Orleans or Covington. This is the second time I’ve encountered what I describe as unacceptable behavior on behalf of an employee. Once when I attempted to shop for my 2018 Honda and I left and went to New Orleans and the second time is when I purchased my 2024. Slidell dealership. I did encounter unfair and unexplained issues with Royal Honda but that’s another story. It didn’t feel as awkward as Slidell dealership. There are many things I look back on with Honda but too late to do anything. The purchase of my current Honda was a mess. The last thing is, the dealer that sold me my last Honda looked in my face today and never spoke one word. Now this was who under pressure sold me my car. Just ridiculous.
