We came to Honda of Stevens Creek hoping to take advantage of a specific lease deal. While that vehicle was unfortunately sold out, Marisa and her team were able to find us another vehicle and offer advantage of a specific lease deal. I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others are aware. A few months ago, I came to Honda of Stevens Creek to purchase my first car. As a 24-year-old w important to share my experience so others are aware. A few months ago, I came to Honda of Stevens Creek to purchase my first car. As a 24-year-old who had just moved to the area, I was excited about this milestone but left feeling dissatisfied and disrespected. During the process, I received little to no support or guidance as a first-time buyer. Instead, I was repeatedly told by a finance employee, Miles Galang, that I “should’ve brought a cheerleader with me.” This comment was made multiple times and left me feeling dismissed rather than supported. It added unnecessary pressure and influenced me to rush decisions I was not fully comfortable with. There were also logistical issues. For example, I was not asked to sign the final contract at the dealership, and was later told I would need to return due to this oversight. Only after I insisted was I allowed to complete the process online. Mistakes happen, but I felt my time and concerns were not respected throughout the process. Additionally, when I asked questions to better understand my options, I did not receive clear or helpful answers. Instead, I often felt more confused and discouraged, which is not what you would expect when making such an important purchase. Overall, my experience with this dealership left me extremely disappointed. I will not be recommending Honda of Stevens Creek to others. More
