I had a great experience at AutoNation Honda Fremont. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole car buying process feel much easier than I expected. Sammy especially was amazing to work with very patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated how smooth and straightforward the experience was. I’m very happy with my new Honda and would definitely recommend Sammy and the team at AutoNation Honda Fremont! Kent was also fantastic he made sure to throughly explain any questions I had and go over details of my car features. I never had this type of experience with a dealership. I will definitely go back and purchase another vehicle with AutoNation Honda Fremont. My satisfaction was their top priority !!

I sold my 2023 Honda HR-V to Envision Honda of Milpitas on May 2, 2026, for an agreed purchase price. It has been over a month, and the dealership has failed to issue my remaining equity check. The vehicle has been officially paid off in full and closed at the bank for nearly three weeks, yet I have received zero financial resolution. Extremely disappointed with the post-sale financial handling and lack of transparency. Avoid selling your vehicle here unless you want your funds withheld indefinitely.

I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.
