Better than average Everything was great except for service waiting room. Only one small tv playing news but the other larger tv was playing the same HONDA commercial ove Everything was great except for service waiting room. Now I think all of us waiting for our cars to be completed by service already have a Honda and would appreciate the availability of CHOICE while spending 2 hours waiting. The people were friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere [July 4th balloons] made it very merry. We met Vega a few minutes later and he, as well, was very welcoming. Compared to other dealerships, we felt Vega was honest, helpful and did not try to hide any information from us. Very upfront on any fees required, as opposed to snagging us in with a 'great deal' which is not a great deal at all in other dealerships. Our daughter now has a used Honda Civic which she is very happy with it We definitely recommend going to Tenafly Honda [and Vega!!] More

I have been shopping around for weeks and something told me to stop by Honda of Tenafly after having a bad experience at a neighboring dealer. I was so lucky to work with Sam within in minutes of walking in. I told him exactly want I wanted and my price range and he was super transparent with what the final price and dealer charges. Many dealers have hidden prices and Honda of Tenafly doesn't. I truly respected his professionalism and his relaxed attitude during a time that is normally super stressful. I feel like I made a great decision and I am so excited to have a new car with every single feature that I wanted. Thank you so much Sam for your kindness and how comfortable you made me feel.
