Both the car and the dealership turned out to be great choices and led to my purchase of a 2015 CRL AWD EXL. Being fortunate enough to have Frank as our salesperson clinched the deal as he was both personable and professional in his treatment of my wife and myself and also very knowledgeable as to the features and benefits that come with the SUV models that Honda makes. All in all , a great experience, a great salesman and two happy customers. More

Came from Michigan to buy a Pre-owned from Honda of Tenafly Located a specific car that I was looking for on Autotrader and found it @ Honda of Tenafly. Intitially spoke to Shawn in the Pre-owned department and Located a specific car that I was looking for on Autotrader and found it @ Honda of Tenafly. Intitially spoke to Shawn in the Pre-owned department and arranged to leave a deposit so I could come and check the vehicle out. Traveled 646 miles to see the car, which I found was accurately described on their website. John Arsian the sales manager handle the sale very smoothly from there with the assistance of Michael Huh in the finance and administrative department and I was on my way back to Michigan in about 2 1/2 hours. Probably set the record for distance traveled to purchase an automobile from Honda of Tenafly but it was worth it. Thank you gentlemen! More

I have had many experiences where the salesman makes umpteen trips back and forth to the sales manager coming back with less than optimal offers. Herbie made one with my offer and came back with acceptance of that offer as well as a more than fair price for my trade in. I had an internet quote so didn't expect to have to negotiate that further (price ended up to be even less than the initial offer) but I absolutely expected to have to fight for a fair trade in - but that wasn't the case. Deal done! My finance experience was equally satisfying. This is my first Honda - probably won't be my last! More

SINCE IT WAS AN ALREADY OVER 2 HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY, IT BEING ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEN WE CALLED 3 TIMES TO INQUIRE ABOUT A CAR WE WERE COMING TO PURCHASE. SINCE IT WAS AN ALREADY OVER 2 HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY, IT BEING ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND ADDED MORE TIME, TRAFFIC AND STRESS. WE HAD BEEN ASSURED OVER THE PHONE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN PRISTINE CONDITION WITH NO DINGS OR DENTS "HE QUOTED, IT WOULDN'T BE ON OUR LOT IF IT WAS IN THAT CONDITION" AFTER A LONG DRIVE, WE COME TO FIND OUT THAT THE VEHICLE HAD DINGS, DENTS, AND SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE VEHICLE, AS WELL AS A HANGING SIDE LIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS 10 YEARS OLD, AND THEY REFUSED TO COME DOWN ANY MORE THAN $400. THE SALESMAN WE DID WORK WITH WAS VERY APOLOGETIC HOWEVER HIS HANDS WERE TIED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR TO I PLAN TO EVER RETURN! More
